一、空調器除(chu)濕原(yuan)理
空調在兩種模式下具有除濕功能:
制冷(leng)(leng)模式(shi)(shi)這是任(ren)何空(kong)(kong)(kong)調器(qi)(qi)(qi)都(dou)具有的(de)模式(shi)(shi),也(ye)是空(kong)(kong)(kong)調器(qi)(qi)(qi)比(bi)較基本(ben)的(de)功(gong)能。空(kong)(kong)(kong)調器(qi)(qi)(qi)制冷(leng)(leng)的(de)過(guo)程必然伴隨(sui)著除濕(shi),潮濕(shi)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)通(tong)過(guo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調器(qi)(qi)(qi)蒸發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)后溫度(du)會大幅度(du)下降,空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)濕(shi)度(du)處于(yu)一(yi)種過(guo)飽(bao)和狀態,多余水汽以冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)水的(de)形式(shi)(shi)析出,凝(ning)(ning)結于(yu)蒸發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)翅片上,也(ye)就是凝(ning)(ning)露,等到(dao)制冷(leng)(leng)模式(shi)(shi)達(da)到(dao)一(yi)定的(de)平衡狀態,空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)濕(shi)度(du)也(ye)就降到(dao)了一(yi)定的(de)水平。
立除濕模式這(zhe)種(zhong)方式被業內人士稱為恒溫除濕,它的(de)基本(ben)原(yuan)理是將(jiang)通過蒸發(fa)器被冷卻了(le)的(de)空氣再(zai)加(jia)熱到原(yuan)來的(de)溫度,然后再(zai)送入(ru)室(shi)內,這(zhe)樣室(shi)內環(huan)境在濕度下(xia)降的(de)情況下(xia)保持了(le)相對恒定(ding)。
加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)出(chu)風(feng)口(kou)溫(wen)(wen)度的(de)(de)(de)方法也有兩種(zhong)(zhong):一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)是利(li)用電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)件來加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)通(tong)過蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)后(hou)的(de)(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)。這類空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)在室(shi)內機設有電(dian)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)件,當(dang)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)通(tong)過蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(表(biao)面低溫(wen)(wen))析(xi)(xi)出(chu)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)水后(hou),再由(you)電(dian)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)件加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)這部分已經降溫(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi),使空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)器(qi)(qi)(qi)出(chu)風(feng)口(kou)與進風(feng)口(kou)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度保持(chi)基(ji)本一(yi)致;另一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)是利(li)用冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)(qi)(qi)產生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)被除濕(shi)的(de)(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)。這類空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)設a、b兩個交換器(qi)(qi)(qi),在立除濕(shi)模式下分別切換為(wei)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)和冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)(qi)(qi),同(tong)(tong)樣空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)通(tong)過蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)a(表(biao)面低溫(wen)(wen))析(xi)(xi)出(chu)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)水,再由(you)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)(qi)(qi)b(表(biao)面高溫(wen)(wen))替(ti)代方式一(yi)中電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)件的(de)(de)(de)作用,同(tong)(tong)樣使空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)器(qi)(qi)(qi)出(chu)風(feng)口(kou)與進風(feng)口(kou)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度保持(chi)了基(ji)本一(yi)致。這兩種(zhong)(zhong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)方式只是加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)件和發(fa)(fa)熱(re)方式不同(tong)(tong),后(hou)者(zhe)為(wei)純物(wu)理方式。
二(er)、除(chu)濕(shi)器除(chu)濕(shi)原理
除濕(shi)器的(de)工作原(yuan)理(li),簡(jian)單說是(shi)利用空(kong)氣中的(de)水(shui)分在進(jin)入(ru)除濕(shi)器蒸發器時冷凝結(jie)霜,然后積聚滴(di)出,排入(ru)下水(shui)口,從(cong)而達到降(jiang)低(di)空(kong)間濕(shi)度的(de)目的(de)。其原(yuan)理(li)與空(kong)調(diao)器制冷模(mo)式時的(de)除濕(shi)原(yuan)理(li)類似。
